We have several lenders. We partner with that can secure funding for your custom home build. How it works is the project will be broken up into individual line items, once work is complete we submit what’s called a “draw” from the bank. The bank then schedules an inspector to take pictures of work that’s been completed, once work has been verified the bank will release funds for completed work. This protects the client from paying for work that’s not been complete and ensures no one gets too far ahead.
