Justin Brannon’s journey in the industry began in the fast-paced world of production home building. Managing the simultaneous construction of 20 to 30 homes across Rockwall, Forney, Frisco, and Dallas, Justin mastered the art of efficiency, rigorous budget management, and leadership under pressure.
However, he saw an opportunity to do things differently. He realized that while “big-box” builders had the systems, they often lacked the personal touch. In 2018, he transitioned that elite level of professional accountability into a family-owned environment, founding a premier team of Custom Home Builders in East Texas.
